The Last Rocket is Takeoff’s first studio album as a solo artist. The twelve-track album includes contributions by Dayytona Fox and Quavo. The album’s production credits also include work by DJ Durel, Cassius Jay, Murda Beatz, Buddah Bless, TM88, and others.

“Last Memory,” the album’s lead single, was made available on October 26, 2018. On October 30, 2018, Takeoff uploaded an album trailer to Instagram.
